Dinyee Corporation is an Alaska Native-owned village corporation founded in 1976 under the terms of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) of 1971.
Dinyee shareholders are from or are descendants of Stevens Village and are known as “Dinyeet Hot’Anna” (Canyon People). Stevens Village sits on the north bank of the Yukon River and is located 90 air miles northwest of Fairbanks and is 27 miles upriver from the Dalton Highway Bridge.
In addition to owning and managing over 126,000 acres of land, Dinyee is a holding company comprised of the following subsidiaries: River Villages, Inc., Alaska Reclamation, Inc. RVI Management, Arctic Contractors LLC. Dinyee Corporation and its subsidiaries are located in Fairbanks, Alaska at 100 Cushman St., Suite 402 in the Key Bank Building.
