Maintain Shareholder Records in a confidential and secure manner
Ensure stock transfers are thoroughly and accurately done
Keep shareholders informed with the newsletter, website, and the Annual Meeting
Address shareholder questions and concerns in a timely manner
Maintain current up-to-date mailing lists for proxies, meeting notices, newsletters, etc.
Notify shareholders, tribal members, and their descendents of employment opportunities with Dinyee and its subsidiaries
